Paradeep Port
Paradeep Port, is one of the Major Ports of India. Late Biju Patnaik, former Chief Minister of Odisha, is the founder of Paradip Port. Apart from being a commercial port is also famous amongst the visitors of Paradeep. It is one of the most picturesque destinations on the Eastern Indian coastline. A little ahead of the Paradeep Port is the Paradeep Beach. The beach is at the confluence of the estuary of Paradeep and Mahanadi that flows and merges with the Bay of Bengal eventually leaving the traces of the land and its activities behind. Paradeep Beach is famous for its serenity which is untouched and quietly romancing with the nature.
Paradip Beach

Paradeep Light House
A towering light house stands tall in the midst of the greenery situated on the beach which has been constructed to keep a watch and for other surveillance purposes. The light house opens only from 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM. Make sure to visit to experience the splendid aerial view of the beach and the nearby villages.
Paradeep Jagannath Temple
Lord Paradeep Jagannath Temple is the most sacred place to worship in the city. The 60-feet pillar called the Aruna Stambh is constructed at the entrance of the Mandir.
Jhankad Temple
Jhankad Temple is dedicated to Goddess Sarala, an avatar of Goddess Saraswati and is known to be the Goddess of wisdom and knowledge. The temple is famous for being closely related to Sarala das, an Oriya Poet who wrote the Oriya Mahabharata. Devotees from all over the state visit the temple on day to day basis as it holds a lot of importance in the state. The temple is also famous for being associated with the festivals like Parbana, Pana Sankranti, Chandan Jatra, Sharadiya Utsav and Dola Purnima.
Gahirmatha beach
Gahirmatha beach is the separating line between the Bhitarnatika National Park and the Bay of Bengal. A part of the Gahirmatha Beach is also included in the National Park region. The beach stretches for about 35 kms and white crocodiles are also an easy spot here.
Balaramjew Temple
Spreading in an area of about two acres of land, Balaramjew Templeis one of the most beautiful temples of the state. With Lord Balaram as the presiding deity of the temple, the idols of Subhadra and Jagaannath are also worshipped here in the temple. Interestingly the temple also worships Tulasi as a goddess in its idol form which is seated after seven sacred steps. The temple has a beautiful garden which is enclosed by a 14 meter high boundary on all sides.
Paradeep Hanuman Temple
Hanuman Temple is yet another prominent attraction in Paradeep. Dedicated to Lord Hanuman, the tiny mandir invites pilgrims from the all over the city to pay homage. Tuesdays are the most crowded days of the week at the temple.
Bhubaneswar is the nearest Airport to reach Paradeep. Bhubaneswar is three hour drive from Paradeep. The Airport has regular Domestic and International Flights to many major cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai.
The nearest Railway Station is Cuttack, which is connected to the major cities of Odisha and is 82 kms from the town. It is linked with the cities like New Delhi, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Mysore, Lucknow, Chennai, Kanyakumari, Puri and Ahmedabad.
